Welcome to Nuvio. By purchasing products or using services from Nuvio, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

By accessing our website, Discord server, or purchasing any products/services from Nuvio, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Users under the age of 18 may use our services; however, parental or guardian permission is encouraged.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with local laws and platform policies.

3. Products & Services

Nuvio provides digital goods and services including but not limited to:

• Online marketplace services

All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments

Payments are currently processed through PayPal.

By making a purchase, you authorize the transaction and confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and legally yours to use.

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, or chargeback abuse are strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered if:

• The purchased service/product was not delivered, AND
• The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, customers must provide:

Refund decisions are made at Nuvio’s discretion after investigation.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Nuvio support before opening a dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Permanent bans
• Blacklisting
• Revoked access to products/services
• Evidence being submitted to payment processors

7. User Conduct

Users may not:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Harass staff or customers
• Spam or scam others
• Attempt to exploit the platform
• Leak, redistribute, or resell Nuvio products without permission
• Share purchased products publicly

Nuvio reserves the right to terminate service or revoke access without refund for violations of these rules.

8. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

Nuvio is not affiliated with Discord, Instagram, Snapchat, or any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any platform connected to purchased products or services.

Nuvio is not responsible for:

• Suspensions
• Bans
• Restrictions
• Username changes
• Platform policy enforcement
• Loss of accounts/services after delivery

9. No Guarantees

Nuvio does not guarantee:

• Specific results
• Revenue
• Followers
• Business success
• Account longevity
• Continuous platform availability

All products/services are provided “as is.”

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvio shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Account losses
• Platform bans
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
